1. About Us
This website is operated by Stance Agency PTY LTD, a company incorporated in Australia. We provide marketing services to dental practices and businesses in Canada, delivered remotely. These terms govern your use of this website and, together with any written engagement, the services we provide.
2. Services
Stance Agency provides marketing services including branding, website design and development, SEO, paid advertising management, social media management, and video content. The specific services, scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement before work begins. Nothing on this website is an offer to provide services on fixed terms; every engagement is agreed in writing.
3. No Guarantee of Specific Results
Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside any agency's control, including competition, market conditions, and platform changes. We do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, lead volumes, or revenue. We commit to delivering the work agreed in each engagement to a professional standard and reporting transparently on performance.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all final deliverables and creative assets become the property of the client. Stance Agency retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are set out in the written proposal or agreement for each engagement, including invoicing schedule and due dates. A deposit may be required before work commences.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the written agreement for that engagement, or otherwise with 30 days written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
8. Governing Law
Stance Agency PTY LTD is an Australian company, so these terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia. This does not affect any consumer rights you hold under laws that apply in your own province.
